Shipping & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want to make the exchange or refund of our products as fair and easy as possible.

A return authorization is required for all returned products. Please e-mail cmann@rileighsdecor.com to request a form. Once you return the form by email, a return authorization number will be sent to you by return email.

A 25% restocking charge will be charged for the return or exchange of all non-defective products. All returns must be shipped prepaid and in the original package. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or we erred in the shipment of your order.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of your order.
